त्योहारी सीजन में आईआरसीटीसी एप ठप!:टिकट बुकिंग के लिए परेशान हो रहे यात्री – Irctc App Crashes Amid Festive Rush, Passengers Face Trouble Booking Train Tickets

जानकारी के मुताबिक, आमतौर पर एसी क्लास की तत्काल टिकट बुकिंग सुबह 10 बजे और स्लीपर क्लास की बुकिंग 11 बजे शुरू होती है। लेकिन आज बुकिंग शुरू होने के ठीक पहले वेबसाइट और एप ने काम करना बंद कर दिया। इस वजह से हजारों यूजर्स टिकट बुक नहीं कर पाए और सोशल मीडिया पर अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर की।

परेशान हो रहे यात्री

how does @IRCTCofficial screw up everytime I need to book tatkal ticket. can never get through login for at least couple of mins, if one gets lucky here, searching train and checking availability gets stuck due to high load if you manage to pass through so far, you end up with no tickets availability all the while, the agents guaranteeing tickets in tatkal I hope the railway ministry looks at this scam of tatkal booking. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir this needs your attention.
